Prestige Performance offers professional services, products, and programs in Tacoma, Washington.
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

4. Payment & Membership
Payment for services, memberships, or products is due as outlined in your agreement. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your services with at least 30 days' written notice.
Refunds, if applicable, follow the terms specified in your service agreement. Missed appointments or unused services are non-refundable unless covered under a special promotion or agreement.
6. Code of Conduct
All clients agree to:
Follow policies and directions from staff
Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or unsafe behavior
Treat all clients, team members, and representatives with respect
Violations may result in service suspension or permanent termination.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in our services, you acknowledge the risks associated with fitness, wellness, or professional services and agree to release
Taekwondo Generations and its staff from liability for injuries, damages, or losses, except where prohibited by law. Some states may limit or alter enforceability of liability waivers.
8. A2P SMS Consent & Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS messaging, you consent to receive transactional and promotional texts from Taekwondo Generations.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy and SMS Data Usage

We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, except with aggregators and service providers essential for message delivery. Information may be shared with subcontractors for operational support (e.g., customer service).
